Mate I'd say if you can deal with all of those menus and inventories that Fallout, Skyrim and Far Cry have, you would be just fine in RDR2. I've been somewhat underwhelmed by what gameplay I've seen, anyway, but if all this HUD info is forced on you then I can move on and put my interest in other upcoming games.įor the life of me I'll never understand gaming developers who put years into a game's immersion elements, only to kill it stone dead with silly hand-holding button prompts and pop-up information. I'm genuinely not interested now I know all this. ![]() ![]() Let me see it myself where it is aimed, dont give me magical info. That aiming information should be able to be turned off! On that topic I am also not a fan of the reticle becoming red in general when you aim at animals or enemies - I personally don’t want to know where I have the reticle aimed, its too handholding and takes you out of the immersion. Like if I find a camp out in the wild with people and I aim at one of them it will show in the right corner ”O’Driscoll”. However I am not a fan of getting info of my targets, ie if I aim at an animal it shows me info about what animal it is, or if I aim at a NPC it will show me what NPC it is.
